SBA 8(a) Benefits

The SBA 8(a) program is crucial to the future success of All Native Solutions. The purpose of the 8 (a) program is to provide Tribal corporations the opportunity to compete for Federal contracts on a "level playing field" and the revenue generated from these contracts flows back to the community. All Native Solutions reinvests 8 (a) revenue back into the community to help create a better life for tribal members thru education, job opportunities, youth programs and housing.

Ho-Chunk Village is a shining example of the positive impact of the SBA 8(a) program. The Ho-Chunk Village is a master plan community featuring a modern mixed-use residential, commercial and industrial development. Started in 2003, the development was designed to fill the housing void and build a brand new community on the Winnebago Reservation. Upon its completion, the Ho-Chunk Village will include over 110 housing units featuring single, multi-family rentals and live/work mixed use units as well as commercial and industrial buildings. The success of the Village has exceeded expectations and additional land will be required soon to meet the housing demand.
